Within a range you have t bless three creatures whichever you want. Whenever the target will make a saving throw or an attack roll before the spell ends then the target can roll a d4 and also can add the number rolled to the attack roll or a saving throw.
At Higher Levels:
By using the spell slot of 2nd level or higher levels you can cast Bless 5e spell and you can target an additional creature for each slot above the 1st level.
