Harm 5e

On a creature, you have to unleash a virulent disease it should be within a range that you can see. Your target must make a Constitution saving throw. It has a damage on a failed saving throw and the successful one such as 14d6 necrotic damage on a failed saving throw and half as much damage on a successful save.

You must make sure that the damage should not reduce the target’s hit points below 1. By an amount which is equal to the necrotic damage that it took, this will happen if the target fails the saving throw then its hit points will reduce for 1 hour. Here any effect which is removing the disease which allows the creature hit points maximum to return to the normal before it passes it time.
