Inspiring Leader DnD 5E Feat

Prerequisite: Charisma 13 or higher

As an inspiring leader 5e feat you are able to spend 10 minutes which is inspiring your companions, shoring up their resolve for fighting. Whenever you do so, you can select up to almost six friendly creatures (like which is capable to include yourself) but almost within 30 feet of you whoever can see or else hear you and also those who can understand you. Each and every creature capable to gain the temporary hit points which is equal to your level + your charisma modifier.  But the creature can not gain the temporary hit points from this particular feat gain unless until it has been finished the short or a long rest.
