as per this martial adept 5e feat you can have the martial training which allows you to be performed a special combat maneuvers. You can also have benefits which are mentioned below.
- You do learn two maneuvers of your choice from a Battle master archetype. Suppose, if the maneuver is require the saving throw, the DC is almost equal to 8+ your proficiency bonus + your strength or dexterity modifier (depends upon your choice).
- You can gain one superiority die (whenever if you do not already have superiority dice, that it is a d6). This die has been used for the fuel your maneuvers. Almost it is expended whenever you use it, and of course it has regained whenever you would finish the short or long rest.
