As per this medium armor master 5e feat you can be practiced by moving in a medium armor to gain the below provided advantages:
- Wearing a medium armor does not to be imposed the disadvantage on a dexterity (Stealth) checks.
- When you are wearing the medium armor, the maximum dexterity modifier to the AC that you can apply to increase almost to 3, but instead of 2.
