You cause numbing frost to the form on a creature which you can see within a range and the target should make a constitution saving throw. On a failed saving throw the target will take 1d6 cold damage and also it has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it will make before the end of its next turn.
At higher Levels: This spell’s damage will be increased by 1d6 whenever you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and at 17th level (4d6).
