By making a successful attack the caster may daze one living creature. Suppose, whenever if the target creature doesn’t make a successful will save then its mind is clouded and then it will take no action for 1 round per every caster level. Of course the dazed subject isn’t stunned (so attackers do not get any special advantage against it), but any how it can not move, cast spells and also it can not use mental abilities…etc

At disadvantage, every targeted creature within the range must make a wisdom saving throw or else it is driven to the short term madness.
