You do conjure up a wall of the water on the ground at a point where you can see within a range. You can easily make the up to 30 feet long, 10 feet high, 1 foot thick, or else you can make ringed wall upto 20 feet in a diameter 20 feet high and also one foot thick. The wall actually vanishes whenever the spell ends. The wall’s space is highly difficult terrain.

Any ranged weapon attack which enter’s the wall’s space has disadvantage on the attack roll and also the fire damage is halved whenever the fire effect passes through the wall for reaching its target. Spells which are dealing cold damage which do pass through the wall cause the area of the wall they actually pass through to freeze solid (At least a 5 foot square section have been frozen). Each 5-foot -square frozen section has AC 5 and 15 hit points. Also reducing a frozen section to 0 hit points will destroy it. Whenever a section have been destroyed and the wall’s water does not fill it.
