Until the spell ends you need to use Warding Bond 5e spell because this spell wards a willing creature touch and creates a mystic connection between you and the target.
The spell will gain +1 bonus to AC and saving throws it would be done only when the target is within 60 ft of you. It also has resistance to all damages. It takes the damage for each time at that situation you can the damage in the same amount of quantity.
The spell will end in two different situations in that the first situation is when you drop to 0 hit points or even in the situation like you and the target are separated more than 60 feet distance for each other.
