  • Legendary Resistance(3/Day): The ancient brass dragon can change the outcome on failing a saving throw and choose to succeed in it instead.


  • Multiattack: The dragon is able can use Frightful Presence following which it can make 3 attacks – one with its bite and the other two using its claws.
  1. Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage plus 4 (1d8) acid damage.
  2. Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.
  3. Tail: Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
  • Frightful Presence: Any creature that is in the vicinity of the dragon within 120 feet of range and is aware of it as well has to perform a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw and succeed in it or it will be frightened for 1 minute. The creature can perform the saving throw repeatedly after the end of its every turn until it completes it successfully to end the effect of frightful presence on it. After this effect ends, either by the duration of it running out or the creature performing a successful throw, the creature will be immune to it for the upcoming 24 hours.
  • Breath Weapons(Recharge 5-6): The following breath weapons given below can be used by the dragon.
    Fire Breath: The ancient brass dragon exhales out a fiery breath in a 90 foot line ahead of it with a width of 10 feet. Each and every creature in the path of Fire breath must make a successful DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, it will take 56 (16d6) fire damage in case of failure and half of the noted damage if it completes the throw successfully.
    Sleep Breath: The ancient brass dragon puffs out sleeping gas in a 90 foot conical area in front of it. Any creature that is in the area of Poison breath will have to perform a successful DC 21 Constitution saving throw, the creature will be knocked out to unconsciousness for 10 minutes in case of failure. The effect ends immediately when the creature takes any damage or if someone uses an action to wake it up.
  • Change Shape: The dragon takes the form of a humanoid creature or of a beast with a Challenge rating similar to its and in no way higher than his own, or it goes back to its true form. It can also revert back to its original form on death. Any equipment that the dragon carries will be absorbed by its new form(of the dragon’s choice) and carried by it instead.The dragon still continues to have its original Alignment, Hit Points, Legendary Resistance, Lair Actions, Hit Dice, ability to speak, proficiencies, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores in its new form. Only its statistics and capabilities are replaced by the new form except class features and legendary actions of that form.

Legendary Actions

The dragon can take 3 legendary actions from below and any one can be used at a time only after another creature’s turn. Legendary actions spent are restored at the start of the dragon’s each turn.

  • Detect: The dragon checks its target for Wisdom(perception).
  • Tail Attack: The dragon can make a tail attack.
  • Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions): The dragon starts flapping its wings and any creature within 15 feet will need to take a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or take 15(2d6 + 8 heavy damage and knocked down. The dragon can then also fly for half its flying speed.
