When any creature would be entered for the first time into the affected area with a turn or it should start its turn there, the creature which entered into the affected area must succeed either on a Dexterity saving throw or should take 3d6 bludgeoning damage and also it should be restrained by the tentacles up to the Black Tentacles 5e spell ends.

If a creature which starts its turn in an area then it must be restrained by the tentacles and takes 3d6 bludgeoning damage.
