A creature can fly with the speed of 300 ft when it was in the cloud form. It also has the powerful resistance to damage from the non-magical weapons. The dash action or revert to its normal form can only these actions the creature will take in this form. Reverting will take 1 minute, that means during what time the creature unable to move.

A creature can revert to the form of cloud until the Wind Walk 5e spell ends and which can also want or require 1- minute transformation. The creature will descend 60 feet per round for every 1 minute until lands safely from the cloud formation and be flying whenever the effect ends. But if it unable to land after 60 seconds the creature will fail the remaining distance.
