Wall of Thorns 5e
In this spell you have to create a wall which must be pliable, tough, tangled brush bristling with needle-sharp thorns. That wall must appear within a range and lasts for the duration on a solid surface. The Wall of Thorns 5e which you have chosen is must be had the following measurements such as the wall must be 60 feet long, 5 feet thick or a circle that has a 20-foot diameter, 10 feet high, the diameter should up to 20 feet high and 5 feet thick. Then the wall blocks line of sight.
Each and every creature who is within its area must make a Dexterity saving throw but this is better to do when the wall appears. On a failed save and successful save the creature would take 7d8 piercing damages and half as much damage respectively.

The creature able to move through the wall painfully and albeit slowly. The creature must spend four feet of movement and for every 1 foot, a creature moves through the wall. The creature should make a dexterity saving throw when the first time a creature enters the wall on a turn or ends its turn there. Here also the damages are different for successful saving throw and failed saving such as half as much damage and 7d8 slashing damage respectively.
At Higher Levels:
Whenever you cast this spell by taking the help of the spell slot of 7th level or higher then both types of damages are increased by 1d8 for each slot level above 6th.
