In this spell, you need to summon a fey creature which has challenge rating 6 or lower or you can summon a fey spirit which takes the form of a beast of challenge rating 6 or lower. This can be visible in an unoccupied space at which place you can see within a range and this creature will disappear its points drop out to 0 hit points or at the time of spell ends.

For a specific duration, the fey creature is being like your friends to you and to your companion also. Now you have to roll the initiative for a creature and that creature must have its own turns.

The creatures which have its own turn are not violated their alignment because they obey any verbal commands which you issue to it. When you do not issue any command for the fey creature then it defends itself from hostile creatures but without this, it will not take any actions.
